Vladimir Bourrec was born in 1980 in Auch (France). At an early age his family moves to Stavanger, Norway. There he spends most of his childhood and started painting in year 2000. Vladimir is a self-taught visual artist and has no formal study or  diploma. He has been experimenting mostly with oil paintings with various themes and styles (portraits, abstract, pop art, figurative symbolism with some abstract elements. Women portraits are however predominant in his work. "My motivation is to create nice paintings, something pleasant to look at. I'm influenced by everything i see, colors, shapes and bla bla bla.  I'm not really into analysing my art a lot....but i'll be glad to answer your questions should you have some."

Vladimir's paintings can be found in private collections in countries such as U.S.A, Luxembourg, Norway, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark.
